Botanical Name: Eucalyptus Staigeriana. Country of origin: Australia. Part harvested: leafy twigs. The essential oil of Eucalyptus Staigeriana is endemic to the Cape York peninsula at the northeast end of Australia. Aboriginals traditionally use wood to make a typical musical instrument called didgeridoo, it is also commonly called a fever tree for its anti-head pain properties. As her cousin the citriodora, she has lemon notes but has the advantage of a much more subtle and complex aroma.
