    Chess produces an essential oil that has been studied extensively in French universities for its anti-infective power. It is unavoidable in the fight against pathogenic germs, although its regular use is limited due to its dermocausticity on sensitive or pure skin. This perennial, short-stemmed, leafy plant is found on hills and low limestone mountains.

     

    Traditionally known for its properties:

    it is a powerful broad-spectrum antibacterial • antiviral and immune stimulant • fungicide • antiparasitic • vulnerary percutaneous analgesic • tonic and general stimulant (nervous, circulatory, sexual, digestive).

    Special precautions:

    - Keep out of reach of young children.
    - It is advisable to follow a varied, balanced diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle.
    - Do not exceed the recommended dose.
    -Unless directed by a doctor or pharmacist, do not use during pregnancy, lactation or in children under 3 years of age.
    - Keep away from any source of heat and light.

    Professional advice:

    Orally: for infectious problems, 2 to 3 drops of chemotyped AE in a loaf of bread 3 times a day.
    External route: possible dissolution in an AV of sesame, hazelnut ...
    Usually, during trips to the tropics, 1 drop of chess, one drop of labrador tea, one drop of peppermint in a spoonful of honey or a crumb of bread in the morning and evening will help prevent potential problems.
