Bio Silvestre Pine 10 ml PR

Wild pine produces an essential oil long known to our grandmothers who inhaled this essential oil from the Nordic climates to benefit from its balsamic action on the bronchi. It grows in the mountains, on sandy or gravel soils. It has a purple grey bark, stiff acicular leaves, with yellow male flowers, red female flowers and a green ovoid cone that tends to brown in maturity.

Tips and tricks:

Formula for diffusing and obtaining purified air during winter: 20 drops of wild pine oil + 20 drops of Palo de Hô oil + 20 drops of Ravintsara oil + 40 drops of lemon essence. 6 to 8 drops of this synergy in the water of an ultrasonic diffuser for 30 minutes continuously or for 2 hours discontinuously. 2 to 3 times a day depending on the presence of people and the risk of infection.

My advice:
2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral medium (Honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).
