It has numerous phytopharmaceutical properties, but it is also a herb used as a condiment and a plant that gives its name to a very prized honey (rosemary honey). Its name in Latin means "sea rose" because it grows spontaneously at the edge of the sea, but according to the evangelical tradition rosemary means "rose of Mary".

Traditionally known for its properties:

it is a neuromuscular, myorelaxant, relaxant, lipolytic, anti-catarrhal, mucolytic, cholera, collagic, haemagogic, urolytic, antilytic and anti-allergic.
