Romero Cineol Bio 10 ml PR

A small, hardy-leaved shrub common in the low mountains of the Mediterranean region of North Africa. Its leaves are linear, choreaceous, robust, with parallel edges coiled underneath. Its flowers are bluish, sometimes white. The cineol chemotype rosemary produces an essential oil similar to that of eucalyptus radiata and camphor. Their oil is used for the same indications and they are combined with each other to achieve a superior synergy effect.

Tips and tricks:

With 10 drops of AEQT Romero chemotype cineol + 30 ml of AV Apricot nut in a glass bottle with rubber nipple. You get some very effective nasal drops to unclog, soften and care for the stuffy nose.

My advice:
2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral medium (Honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).
