Thyme is a genus of the family Lamiaceae that has over 300 species. They are plants rich in essential oils, growing low to the ground, with pale pink or white flowers. Thyme linalol can form homogeneous populations within restricted areas. In any case, the habitat is located at an average altitude, between 500 and 1000 meters, and is characterized by less intense insolation, a weaker temperature and a higher air humidity than the species of flat areas. However, this thyme can grow in very different ecological conditions.
Tips and tricks:
More recommended for use in minors, because thyme chemotypes with phenols would be too aggressive. This AEQT is a good alternative to ear and throat cooling, against all types of nasal and bronchial obstruction.
For any urinary discomfort: 3 drops of EQT Tomillo QT Linalol + 2 drops of AEQT Roman Chamomile + 10 drops of AV Apricot Nut for application to the lower abdomen 4 times a day.
My advice:
2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral medium (Honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).
